This balanced white wine from Italy is made from the Pecorino grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by a maturation of 3 months in oak barrels.
