Domaine Christian Salmon is a family business located in the commune of Bué in the Sancerre region. For 6 generations, the family has farmed the estate, which was founded by Irénée Salmon and is now managed by Armand Salmon. 

The municipality of Bué

The grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir for the Sancerre Rouge grow here on soils of lime and clay, as well as gravel and limestone. In the winery of the farm is modern fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tank, the components of the red Fût de Chêne may then still mature in wooden barrels of French oak.
