Domaine Dujardin is a family domain of eight hectares and one of the few appellations located exclusively on slopes. These slopes are distributed among the neighboring communes of Auxey-Duresses, Beaune, Meursault and Monthelie. Four red wines are produced, as well as five white wines, all aged in small oak barrels.

Traditional methods and numerous medals

The winemaking method is deliberately traditional. The grape harvest is 100% hand-picked and they have chosen not to use excessive fertilizers in order to avoid overproduction, which would be detrimental to the quality of the wine. Numerous medals and press articles confirm the high quality of Dujardin wines.
