Jörg Geiger manufactory

The PriSeccos by Jörg Geiger are sparkling delicacies made from old pear and apple varieties from the Swabian Alb region.

These Seccos are alcohol-free and, through the maceration of select herbs and spices, become aromatic alternatives to alcoholic beverages and are an ideal companion to food.

Old fruit varieties contain significantly more aromatic compounds and sugar, making them considerably more intense in flavor. Due to the higher tannins and greater acidity, they give the PriSeccos more structure and balance than modern varieties could.

All processing steps for these beverages, from harvesting to bottling, take place at the Jörg Geiger manufactory.
