The Nostre Pais Rouge AOP Costières de Nîmes of Vignobles Michel Gassier shows in the glass a dark red color, which is crossed by violet reflections. The bouquet of this wine is complex with aromas of black fruits, cherries and mineral nuances.

This cuvée is dense, velvety and full-bodied with perfectly integrated tannins. Before ending in a fresh and fruity finish, the aromas of cocoa and dried fruits can be perceived.

Vinification for the Nostre Pais Rouge AOP Costières de Nîmes from Vignobles Michel Gassier

The vines for this cuvée of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Cinsault come from certified organic farming. The vines for it come from selected plots with old vines and small yields.

The grapes are harvested by hand, selected and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels after fermentation.
