This balanced rosé wine from Germany is made from the Pinot Noir grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Rheingau region. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. After manual harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
