More information about 12x Vorteils-Weinpaket Rosé trocken - Weingut A. Diehl
In the glass, the rosé from Weingut A. Diehl reveals a bright ruby red color. This Weingut A. Diehl rosé wine reveals all kinds of violets, roses and blackberries on the nose. As if that wasn't already impressive, blackcurrant, redcurrant and eucalyptus are added by the stainless steel maturation.
On the palate, the rosé from Weingut A. Diehl opens wonderfully dry, grippy and aromatic, and despite its dry taste profile, this rosé wine delights with a juicy melt and finely woven residual sweetness. On the palate, this balanced rosé wine is characterized by an incredibly light and crisp texture. Thanks to its present fruit acidity, the rosé is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. The finish of this rosé wine from the Palatinate wine-growing region is convincing with a good aftertaste.
Vinification of Weingut A. Diehl Rosé
This balanced rosé from Germany is a cuvée made from the Cabernet Sauvignon, Saint Laurent and Pinot Noir grape varieties. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
Dining recommendations for Weingut A. Diehl Rosé
This rosé wine from Germany is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C as an accompaniment to omelette with salmon and fennel, coconut-lime fish curry or spaghetti with yoghurt-mint pesto.
