More information about Rosé trocken - Weingut A. Diehl

In the glass, the Rosé from Weingut A. Diehl reveals a bright ruby red color. The nose showcases a variety of violet, roses, and blackberries. As if that weren't already impressive, the maturation in stainless steel adds blackcurrant, redcurrant, and eucalyptus.

On the palate, the Rosé from Weingut A. Diehl begins wonderfully dry, full-bodied, and aromatic. Despite its dry flavor profile, this Rosé wine delights with juicy smoothness and delicately integrated residual sweetness. On the tongue, this balanced Rosé wine features an incredibly light and crisp texture. Its prominent fruit acidity makes the Rosé wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. The finish of this Rosé wine from the wine region of Pfalz finally impresses with a good aftertaste.

Vinification of Weingut A. Diehl Rosé

This balanced Rosé from Germany is a cuvée made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Saint Laurent, and Spätburgunder. After manual harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. Subsequently, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by several months of maturation on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.

Food pairing recommendations for Weingut A. Diehl Rosé

Enjoy this German Rosé best well chilled at 8 - 10°C, paired with an omelette with salmon and fennel, coconut-lime fish curry, or spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto.
