The elegant Rosie Oliver Zeter glides into the glass with bright raspberry pink. The nose is determined by currants, raspberries, cherries and hints of pomegranate.

On the palate, the Rosie delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with 3.6 grams of residual sugar. As you would naturally expect from a wine in the high quality wine range, this German wine enraptures with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Taste does not necessarily need a lot of sugar. With its incisive fruit acidity, the Rosie reveals itself exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Palatinate finally captivates with beautiful reverberation.

Vinification of the Oliver Zeter Rosie

The basis for the balanced Rosie from the Palatinate are grapes from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir and Syrah. After the hand harvest, the grapes quickly reach the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully milled. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Rosie is aged for several months in quarter oak barrels.

Food recommendation for the Rosie by Oliver Zeter

Enjoy this rosé wine from Germany ideally moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C as a companion to fruity endive salad, cod with cucumber-mustard vegetables or potato pan with salmon.

The Rosie "Ain't no skin-and-bones". "Rosie is bright and cheerful, looks magical. But like all great women, it's what's on the inside that makes the difference. Inspired by AC/DC's great classic "Whole Lotta Rosie," this is a rosé the likes of which the world has never seen: Defnitivly not a quick number - the wine got a lot of time and affection in the tank and in the 500 wooden barrel. 50% Cabernet Franc and 25% Pinot Noir provide the fruity finesse, 25% Syrah for substance and structure and give a dark spice. A wine that demands. And when the first glass is emptied, then also quickly comes the realization: "To my surprise, Rosie never stops" ..
