Vinification of Arnoux Jerome Savagnin Arbois Autrement
The basis for the well-balanced Savagnin Arbois Autrement from France is grapes from the Savagnin Blanc variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Jura. Here, the vines drive their roots deep into clay soils. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery immediately. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and concrete at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Savagnin Arbois Autrement can further harmonize on the fine lees for 6 months.
