Sivi Pinot - Princic

On the palate, the Sivi Pinot from Princic starts off pleasantly dry, gripping and aromatic. Balanced and complex, this silky and smooth white wine presents itself on the palate. In the aftertaste, mineral notes from the sandstone-dominated soils are also added.

Vinification of Princic Sivi Pinot

The basis for the balanced Sivi Pinot from Slovenia is grapes from the Pinot Grigio grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Slovenia. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into soils of sandstone. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine matures for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
