The barrel-aged Terroir du Sud Rouge from the wine-growing region of the Languedoc offers itself in the glass in dense purple. This French cuvée reveals in the glass wonderfully distinguished notes of black currants, blueberries, blackberries and mulberries. These are joined by hints of cinnamon, juniper and oriental spices.
On the palate, the Terroir du Sud Rouge from Chateau Mas Seguala opens wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. Pressurized and complex, this velvety red wine presents itself on the palate. Vinification of the Terroir du Sud Rouge from Chateau Mas Seguala
The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully powerful cuvée Terroir du Sud Rouge from Chateau Mas Seguala are Carignan, Grenache and Syrah grapes. The grapes for this red wine from France, when perfectly ripe, are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest possible time of day to preserve their aromas. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wood at controlled temperatures. After its end, Terroir du Sud Rouge is aged in oak barrels for a few more months.
