Vignoble Mingot

In the Lalande de Pomerol wine region, north of Libourne, lies the Mingot family estate. From the mountains of the estate you have a wonderful view of the surrounding areas of Pomerol and Saint Émilion. The estate is managed by Julien Mingot in the third generation.

The estate's 22 hectares of vines are farmed in an extremely environmentally friendly manner. No herbicides or pesticides are used, and the grass between the rows is left in place. Merlot was chosen as the ideal grape variety for the terroir, and Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, typical of the region, are also grown. In the cellar, stainless steel tanks are used for fermentation and aging is carried out in concrete.
