New name with proven quality
Vite Colte winery started in January 2016 with the aim of uniting all the wines from the Terre da Vino quality project under a new name. Terre da Vino was founded in 1980 with the aim of producing DOC and DOCG quality wines from Piedmont. Over the years, Terre da Vino has become one of the most prestigious cooperative wineries in the region.
The "flagship" of Terre da Vino is Vite Colte, and no less than 300 winemakers with a total vineyard area of 180 hectares have qualified for the project. Only DOC and DOCG wines of high quality are produced. This is achieved in the vineyards by keeping yields low, rigorous selection at harvest and the abandonment of chemical interventions.

Great cellar, great taste
The winery has made major investments in the cellar and vineyards in recent years. The flagship of the new cellar complex built in 2010 by Gianni Arnaudo on the border between the Cannubi and Brunate sites is the very spacious aging cellar. Up to 2,000 large oak barrels have the optimal capacity for long storage of fine Barolo wines. In the cellar there are fully thermo-conditioned steel tanks controlled by computer. An internal laboratory carries out quality control during winemaking and bottling.

Awarded wines - internationally renowned
Vite Colte and its affiliated wineries have two proven experts at their disposal, oenologist Bruno Cordero and agronomist Daniele Eberle. Deservedly so, some labels have earned a reputation that extends beyond the country's borders. The prices of the wines marketed by Terre da Vino are considered extremely attractive and the increasingly better ratings awarded by renowned critics for several years now impressively confirm the path taken by the winery.
