Bouvet Island Antarctic Demi-Sec was vinified in classic bottle fermentation, like any good Crémant. This semi-dry sparkling wine should definitely be enjoyed on ice, not only out of respect for the icy cold Bouvet Island.

The nose of Bouvet Island Antarctic impresses with lots of fruit, citrus notes, some brioche and apricot. On the palate, this lovely sparkling wine from France is very juicy, fresh and lively. Lots of fruit, hints of elderflower and delicate toasted notes of hazelnut and almond complement the aromas on the nose.
