The Renato Primitivo of Cantina Sampietrana from the Italian wine region IGT Salento in Puglia, is a full-bodied, varietal and elegant red wine. This wine is dedicated to Renato, the head of the family (still active in the vineyards).

In the glass, this wine has a powerful ruby red color with purple highlights. The nose enjoys a bouquet typical of the variety. It reveals aromas of dark wild berries - especially blackberry and black currant - wonderfully complemented by spicy notes of cinnamon, cloves and black pepper.
