The Steinbock Sauvignon Blanc from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate shows in the glass in brilliantly shimmering light yellow. The nose presents this winery horns white wine all sorts of grapefruit, pink grapefruit, white currants, mangoes and Gallia melon. As if that wasn't already impressive, the stainless steel aging adds juniper, dark chocolate and vanilla.
The Weingut Hörner Steinbock Sauvignon Blanc impresses with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would naturally expect from a wine in the upper price range, this German wine naturally enraptures with the finest balance for all its dryness. Aroma doesn't necessarily need a lot of sugar. Vinification of the Steinbock Sauvignon Blanc from Weingut Hörner
The elegant Steinbock Sauvignon Blanc from Germany is a single-varietal wine, pressed from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Steinbock Sauvignon Blanc is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for several months. After the wine is finished, the Steinbock Sauvignon Blanc is carefully harmonized.
