Vinification of the Bin 150 Marananga Shiraz from Penfolds
This powerful red wine from Australia is vinified from the Shiraz grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is matured for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
