California in liquid form - Canyon Road
The wines of Canyon Road Winery in California are created under the aegis of Rafael Jacinto Jofre, a trained enologist who, after years of apprenticeship in South America, has been making his own wines in California since 2004.

Rafael's claim with Canyon Road is to create harmonious wines that are balanced, typical of the grape variety and full of character. The name Canyon Road refers to the impressive California roads that run along the vineyards through the mountainous regions of California and are as much a part of the West Coast of the United States as the wine and the Pacific Ocean.
Argentine passion in Californian wine

Rafael Jacinto Jofre, the mastermind behind Canyon Road, was born in Mendoza, Argentina, the country's core wine region. A winemaker at the famous Bodegas Norton sparked his interest in winemaking. Rafael began pursuing his passion by studying enology at Argentina's Don Bosco University, earning his bachelor's degree. By 2002, he was working for several wineries in South America, including Chandon Argentina, Nieto Senetiner and Vina Leyda in Chile.
in 2004, Rafael finally decided to move to California and take the reins at Canyon Road Winery. Not only can Rafael rely on exotics like Pinot Grigio and Moscato, but he also brings California's classics to perfection, including
- Cabernet Sauvignon
- Zinfandel
- Merlot
- Cardonnay
