Casa Rojo, based in Murcía, Spain, proves that even a winery can be a jack of all trades. Casa Rojo was founded out of a dream- to be happy doing what you do.

The community grows

Over the years, more people from different professions with the same dream joined together. What can easily end in chaos has become a success story here. 12 "wine gurus," as they call themselves not without reason, have joined together under the name Casa Rojo to create authentic varietal wines in six different DOs of Spain. Their own wines come from vineyards in the following regions

• Paraje de La Raja
• Altiplano
• Region of Murcia

In contrast to the mighty large wineries of Spain, Casa Rojo considers itself a small enterprise that promotes and appreciates regionality. Grape cultivation, enology and design are in the foreground. The wines are grown, vinified and bottled in the respective wineries. In Murcia then finally collected, stored and put on sale. In this way, the wines reflect the different terroirs of Spain. And this was precisely the goal of the enthusiastic, wine-loving group when they founded the company

But it is not only with the wines they create that Casa Rojo attracts attention. The innovative, extravagant labels from Casa Rojo are completely different and are all eye-catchers on the wine shelf. No matter whether

 Pure Murcía sun

The sun-drenched region in southeastern Spain boasts about 300 hours of sunshine a year. The Mediterranean coast of the province, with a total length of 250 km, is not called the "Warm Coast" for nothing. In the interior, between the mountains, medieval castles and villages are plantations, olive groves and, of course, the vineyards and thus also the winery Casa Rojo.
