Cave de l'Abbé Rous is a distributor of wines from the AOC regions of Collioure and Banyuls. The name goes back to an abbot who became a wine merchant at the end of the 19th century in order to finance the construction of a church for a village. A total of 750 winemakers are represented at Cave de l'Abbé Rous, with a vineyard area of 1150 hectares.
