More information about Champagner Rosé Brut 1,5 l Magnum - Barons de Rothschild

The Champagne Rosé Brut from Barons de Rothschild is a lively, refined, and harmonious sparkling wine from the French wine-growing region of Champagne, vinified from the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties.

This wine presents itself in the glass in a beautiful light pink with slight salmon-colored highlights. The perlage rises in fine strings of bubbles and creates a long-lasting foam. The nose is enchanted by delicate spring aromas. Floral notes of rose petals are complemented by freshly picked wild berries and a hint of lemon zest.

On the palate, this French sparkling wine impresses with its fresh, vibrant personality. The silky texture is enveloped by light raspberry aromas. Caressingly soft and with perfect balance, this champagne finishes in a long-lasting finale.

Vinification of Barons de Rothschild Champagne Rosé

The Chardonnay grapes come mainly from the crus of the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger...) and the Pinot Noir grapes from the Montagne de Reims.

After the base wine has been blended, the second fermentation begins – Méthode Champenoise. This champagne matures for around 36 months on the lees before being disgorged. After disgorgement, this sparkling wine remains for another 3 months in the cellars of Champagne Barons de Rothschild before leaving the estate.

Food recommendation for the Rosé Barons de Rothschild Champagne

Enjoy this sparkling wine from France with sushi, sashimi, or red tuna tartare. It is also a delight with truffled veal or fruity desserts.
