More information about l’Origine Rosé - Château de L'Aumérade

This fragrant rosé made from 50% Cinsault, 40% Grenache and 10% Syrah presents a bright pink color in the glass. Château de L'Aumérade l'Origine Rosé smells of red currants and ripe strawberries. An elegant rosé, seductively aromatic and smooth on the finish, with a firm structure.

The estate of Henri Fabre and his wife Marie-Christine, located in the heart of Provence, is one of very few vineyards to hold the title of Cru Classé for its exceptional microclimate and soil conditions.

Food recommendation for l'Origine Rosé from Château de l'Aumérade

It goes well with exotic salads, vegetable and pasta dishes and white meat.
