More information about Château Le Bruilleau AOC Pessac-Léognan Blanc - Bordeaux Premium-Selektion

With the Bordeaux Premium Selection Château Le Bruilleau Pessac-Léognan Blanc, a first-class white wine finds its way into the well-polished glass. It displays a wonderfully dense, pale yellow color. This French cuvée presents delightfully expressive notes of apple, mirabelle plum, peach and pear in the glass. These are joined by hints of other fruits.

The Bordeaux Premium Selection Château Le Bruilleau Pessac-Léognan Blanc presents itself to the wine drinker as delightfully dry. This white wine never appears coarse or austere, as one might expect from such a wine. Thanks to its moderate acidity, Château Le Bruilleau Pessac-Léognan Blanc caresses the palate with a velvety mouthfeel, without sacrificing juicy liveliness. The finish of this white wine, which has good aging potential and comes from the Bordeaux wine-growing region, more precisely from Pessac-Léognan, ultimately delights with a lovely aftertaste. The finish is also accompanied by mineral nuances from the gravel-dominated soils.

Vinification of Château Le Bruilleau Pessac-Léognan Blanc from Bordeaux Premium Selection

The basis for the powerful Château Le Bruilleau Pessac-Léognan Blanc from France is grapes of the Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon varieties. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Bordeaux. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into gravel soils. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the pressing house without delay. There, they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by several months of maturation on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
