The basis for the well-balanced Cristal Rosé Brut from France is grapes from the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation of the base wines then follows. After the cuvée has been assembled, further maturation takes place according to the Méthode Champenoise. Afterwards, Champagne Louis Roederer Cristal Rosé Brut matures for several months in the bottle and is then disgorged.
