Bodega Cuatro Rayas is a Spanish community of winemakers, which was founded in 1935. Despite the Spanish Civil War, which began only a year later, the four winemakers managed to market their products and achieve some success. While the first wines were sold directly from the barrel, the first bottlings took place in the 50s. 

Tank 61

In the founding year, the winegrowers combined their harvests to create a common wine. Legend has it that the wine from Tank 61 was so good that the "61" brand was born, which still exists today. The 61 family today extends from fortified wines to frizzante and vermouth. The grape varieties used here are Verdejo and Tempranillo.
