The bubbles of this sparkling wine shine in the glass vital and long lasting. Poured into a white wine glass, this wine from Germany shows wonderfully expressive aromas of nectarine, pear, nashi pear and mirabelle plum, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
This German wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this German wine naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need residual sugar. Light-footed and complex, this light and melting sparkling wine presents itself on the palate. In the finish, this wine from the wine-growing region of the Nahe finally inspires with good length. Again, hints of pear and vineyard peach appear.
Vinification of the Cuvée Blanc N°01 sparkling non-alcoholic from Kolonne Null
After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines.
