Delibori

The Delibori winery has its headquarters in Calmasino, in the heart of the Bardolino Classico zone, on hills overlooking Lake Garda. It was founded in 1971 by Walter Delibori and Giorgio Cristoforetti and is still run and operated by their two families.

About the winery

The Delibori winery can look back on 50 years of company history. The winery in Calmasino is an integrated system that tends the vines, presses the grapes, bottles the wines and markets them. Modern methods are used, such as gentle pressing, temperature control of fermentation and membrane filtration to increase stability. These techniques ensure an authentic product, protect its quality and guarantee maximum hygiene.

The wine regions

Delibori has around 220 hectares of vineyards that are either owned by the company or cultivated by it. The production areas range from the area around Lake Garda to the most important DOC areas in the province of Verona.

The wines

Delibori’s production includes the wines that make up the great wine tradition of Verona: the famous Amarone, Ripasso and Valpolicella. In addition, Soave, Lugana and Custoza. Delibori also produces a selection of wines from grapes grown mainly in the province of Verona, such as Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
