Authentique Lugana DOC - Delibori

In the glass, the Authentique Lugana from Delibori has a brilliant, shimmering light yellow color. Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from the Old World offers wonderfully expressive aromas of vineyard peach, peach, acacia and honeysuckle, rounded off with cocoa bean, forest floor and black tea.

Vinification of the Authentique Lugana from Delibori

This elegant white wine from Italy is made from the Chardonnay and Trebbiano grape varieties. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off. Once the wine is finished, the Authentique Lugana is carefully harmonized.
