In the Dordogne, near the town of Pomport, lies the Domaine de Montlong, the estate of the Lambert family. They have been cultivating the estate's vineyards for two centuries.

The soils of the vineyards are composed of clay and limestone, which contribute to the subtle aromatics of the estate's wines. The harvest here takes place only by hand. For some special wines, the estate works specifically with the Botrytis cinerea mold. Cultivated grape varieties are Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Muscadelle, Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc.

Vineyards of Domaine Montlong

In the cellar, modern thermoregulated fermentation is carried out, and for some years now, new barrels have also been used.
