The barrel-aged Blanc Monbazillac from the Sud-Ouest wine-growing region offers a bright pale yellow in the glass. The nose of this Domaine de Montlong dessert wine shows all sorts of guava, pineapple, physalis, plums and mangoes. As if that wasn't already impressive, brittle, roasted almond and toasted hazelnut join the mix due to the aging in small wooden barrels.

Once again, hints of papaya and guava appear. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by clay and limestone are added.
