Domaine Guillaman, in Gascony, is a family vineyard that has been managed by the Ferrets for 6 generations. The current owners are Dominique and Stéphanie Ferret. Dominique took over the estate at a young age and put his energy into producing a range of high quality wines. These are marketed with the Côtes de Gascogne appellation.

The estate has since expanded to 125 hectares. The Gascony soils of clay with bedrock of limestone and the maritime climate ensure a high quality of the vintage. Originally, the estate produced only Armagnac, so the grape varieties are mainly white: Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Gros and Petit Manseng. In addition, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are grown for the estate's red and rosé wines. The cultivation takes place in a particularly environmentally friendly way, for example, grasses between the vines are not removed. The overall concept of the estate provided it with the PDB3 certification for highest sustainability since 2017.

Domaine Guillaman's wines are regularly featured in major wine magazines and trade shows and win various awards, so the high quality is not a claim on paper. Bring a piece of Gascony home with these wines!
