Winegrowers for a century

The Chevillons have been active in viticulture since the beginning of the 20th century. Symphorien Chevillon started with 12 hectares of vines, which expanded through his son and grandsons, the first premier cru sites were added. Today, the estate is managed by Dennis and Bertrand, after their father Robert retired in 2003. 

Chevillon's wines are elegant and complex and have already made a name for themselves in many countries, from the Old World to across the Atlantic, as well as in Japan and China, where wine culture is also slowly but surely developing. At Domaine Robert Chevillon, the grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and the wines are fermented spontaneously. Over 15 to 18 months, the wines are aged, 30% of which in new wood.
