Vinification of the Chardonnay Director's Cut by Coppola

The harvest for this Californian white wine begins in the early morning hours. Then the Chardonnay grapes are pressed whole. The alcoholic fermentation of the freshly pressed must takes place in French barrique barrels. Subsequently, this white wine is aged for 8 months in French barriques.
