Vinification of Cooperative Saint Saturnin Grande Emotion Mont Baudile

This balanced red wine from France is cuvée-made from the grape varieties Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah. After harvesting, the grapes are brought to the winery without delay. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by several months of maturation on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
