Jaillance is a winegrowers' cooperative with over 200 members. The cooperative specializes in the production of AOC sparkling wines and is France's leading producer in this field.

The community was founded in the 1950s by Henri Bonnet. Over the years, Jaillance steadily expanded to its current size. Today, Jaillance includes the brands Cave de Die, Cave Brouette, and Les Caves SVS et Pé.
