Vinification of the Kangun by Hovaz Wines

The balanced Kangun from Armawir is based on grapes from the Kangun grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are promptly taken to the winery. Here they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
