Vinification of Huarpe Wines Lancatay Malbec Mendoza
The powerful Lancatay Malbec Mendoza from Argentina is a single-varietal wine made from the Malbec grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Mendoza. Here, the vines drive their roots deep into soils of weathered rock. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by several months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
