Vinification of the Fortant de France serigraphed Merlot Rosé

After careful harvesting, the grapes of the single vineyards are vinified separately to preserve the typical character of each. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures to prevent the loss of aromatic substances and to preserve the freshness of this wine. The wine is then aged on the lees for 3 months and carefully stirred. After tasting the individual wines, the final wine is then cuvéed.
