Vinification of the Ropiteau Frères Meursault
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Chardonnay. For this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Ropiteau Frères, only the best grape material was used. After the manual harvest, the grapes are promptly brought to the winery. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation follows in small wood containers at controlled temperatures. This fermentation is followed by aging for several months in oak barrels.
