After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the pressing house. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for a few months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
