The barrel-aged Morning Fog Chardonnay from the California viticultural region reveals a bright golden yellow color in the glass. Vinification of the Wente Vineyards Morning Fog Chardonnay

The basis for the balanced Morning Fog Chardonnay from California are grapes from the grape varieties Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Morning Fog Chardonnay is aged for another 5 months in American oak barrels.
