The Old Vines GSM from Torbreck Vintners shows a dense dark red  in the glass. The bouquet of this cuvée seduces with aromas of black cherries, crème de cassis and subtle hints of licorice and Mediterranean herbs. This Australian cuvée is firm on the palate with persistent fruit that is accented by subtle leather and wood . The finish is wonderfully long with a spicy note. 

This red wine from Torbreck convinces all senses with its fruit-driven, spicy and full-bodied character. 

Vinification of the Torbreck Old Vines GSM

From 40 to 50 year old vines come the grapes  Grenache (62%), Shiraz (22%) and Mourvedre (16%) for this charming cuvée. After fermentation, this red wine is aged for 24 months in French oak barriques.
