This German wine can be described in the best sense of the word as an Old World wine that is exceptionally distinguished. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and gently pressed. The fermentation of the base wines follows. After the assemblage of the sparkling wine, further aging follows on the basis of classic bottle fermentation. Subsequently, the Sekthaus Raumland Rosé Reserve Brut matures for 90 months in the bottle.
