Vinification of Sekthaus Raumland Rosé Reserve Brut

This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Pinot Noir. Only the best grape material was used for this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Sekthaus Raumland. In Rheinhessen, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on limestone soils. It is obvious that the Rosé Reserve Brut is influenced by more than just the soil in Flörsheim. This German wine can be described, in the very best sense of the word, as an Old World wine that presents itself in an extraordinarily refined manner. After harvesting, the grapes are brought to the winery immediately. There they are selected and gently pressed. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines. After the assemblage of the sparkling wine, the further maturation takes place on the basis of the traditional bottle fermentation method. The Sekthaus Raumland Rosé Reserve Brut then matures for 90 months in the bottle.
