The Barth Pinot Rosé brut psr from the Barth wine and sparkling wine estate appears in the glass in a delicate rosé and reveals a fruity bouquet characterized by the aromas of berries.

This classic rosé seduces with its fruit and elegance. A fine sparkling wine that animates and makes cheerful- ideal for birthdays, weddings and celebrations.

Vinification for Barth Pinot Rosé

This rosé sparkling wine from the Rheingau is vinified from fully ripe Pinot Noir grapes, which are selected by hand. 

After a short maceration period to allow the extraction of the colorants, the grapes are gently pressed and then fermented in the traditional bottle method.

This sparkling wine is then aged on its lees for 2 years and is shaken by hand.

Food recommendation for the Barth Pinot Rosé

Enjoy this sparkling wine as an aperitif, with caviar and oysters, lobster and salmon, steamed halibut on pepper-mustard sauce or with strawberries.
