Vinification of the Gerard Fiou Sancerre Rosé

The balanced Sancerre Rosé from France is a single-varietal wine, made from the Pinot Noir grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly transported to the pressing facility. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the Sancerre Rosé can harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
