ACALA is produced in Lithuania. The base consists of spring water from Druskininkai together with tea, juice, herbs, blossoms and spices. Unlike wine from which alcohol has been removed, no alcohol needs to be extracted from a finished wine here. The flavour is shaped from the outset by tea and the other ingredients.

The process begins with organic ingredients and tea brewed with spring water over an open fire. Some of the teas then mature in barrels, stainless-steel tanks or glass. This is how depth, grip and structure develop. In the next step, the matured teas are blended with freshly brewed tea, juice, herbs, blossoms and spices. After filling, the bottles rest in cool, dark conditions. The entire process can take more than six months.
