Arrogant Frog's Ribet Pink Rosé is a very fruity, single-vineyard rosé wine from France, vinified exclusively from Syrah. 

In the glass, the cherry-pink appearance already hints at the fresh, fruity aroma. A complex, intense bouquet with exuberant cherry aromas and flowers evolves into soft notes of candied fruit and some toffee. On the lush, balanced palate, however, this French rosé wine enraptures with floral characteristics that lead into a long finish. 

Vinification of the Arrogant Frog Ribet Pink

This rosé is produced according to the "Rosé de Saignée" method. First, the grapes are completely destemmed and cooled down to 10 degrees Celsius. Then the mash is vinified like a red wine - but after a few hours, the free-run juice is drained and transferred to another stainless steel tank. For 2 weeks this wine ferments on its lees. 

Food recommendation for the Syrah Rosé Arrogant Frog Ribet Pink

Serve this dry rosé from France as an aperitif or with light dishes such as salad, with tapas, pasta with creamy sauces, fresh salmon, grilled meats, sausages, white meats and soft cheeses.
