The Te Muna Road Vineyards Pinot Noir from Craggy Range is a single varietal red wine and  presents a bright cherry red color in the glass. The enticing aromas of plums, raspberries and dried rose petals caress the nose.

On the palate, this red wine unfolds with a dense core of red and ripe fruit, balanced acidity and fine tannins.

Te Muna means "the secret" in the Maori language.

Vinification of the Te Muna Road Vineyards Craggy RangePinot Noir

The vines grow on the Te Muna Road vineyard - higher terraces with old, stony soils. 

The grapes for this Pinot Noir are hand picked and carefully destemmed. With natural yeasts, this red wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, aging takes place for 10 months in French oak barriques.
